  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the InkMind mobile app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. Eligibility

The App is available to users worldwide. There is no formal age requirement, but if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian permission to use the App.

  1. User Experience

InkMind does not require user registration, login, or email. The App optionally collects a name for personalized in-app messaging; this is stored only on your device and not transmitted.

  1. Generated Content

All tattoo ideas generated through the App are considered user-owned. However, by using the App, you grant MB IT Power a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or share generated tattoos for promotional or internal purposes.

You are responsible for how you use the generated content, including any tattooing or distribution.

  1. AI Limitations

InkMind uses artificial intelligence to generate tattoo designs. These results may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or biased. MB IT Power is not liable for any content the AI produces, nor for any consequences arising from its use.

Generated tattoos are not medical advice, professional art recommendations, or guaranteed to be safe or suitable for tattooing.

  1. Payments & Refunds

InkMind offers paid access through mobile app stores. All purchases are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of those platforms.

  1. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use InkMind to:

  • Generate or share offensive, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App’s operations

MB IT Power reserves the right to block or restrict users who violate these terms.

  1. Data Collection

We collect anonymous usage data, analytics, and crash reports to improve the App. No personal data (such as emails or photos) is collected or transmitted.

  1. Sharing & Downloads

You are free to download and share the tattoo designs you generate.

  1. Modifications

MB IT Power may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Lithuania.
