InkMind is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require accounts, logins, or emails, and we minimize data collection to only what’s needed to deliver and improve the app experience.

  • Name: During onboarding, users are required to enter their name. This is used within the app to personalize your experience. It is not shared externally.

Automatically Collected Data

We collect anonymous usage data to understand how the app is used:
App activity (e.g. swipes, style or motif selections)
Subscription status
Basic device information (e.g., device type, OS version)
Crash logs and error reports

  1. User-Generated Content

Tattoo designs generated in the app are stored in the cloud to support features like learning preferences and generating history-based designs.

While the content is user-generated, by using the app you grant InkMind the right to reuse AI-generated tattoos for internal or promotional purposes. These designs are not linked to any personal identifiers.

We do not:
Ask for or store email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords
Use GPS/location tracking
Request access to your camera or photo library
Track your activity outside the app
Sell your data

We use collected data to:
Improve personalization (e.g., styles you like)
Enhance app performance and stability
Understand user trends for future updates

All data used for analysis is anonymized. Your name is stored only for in-app personalization and is not linked to your device or usage analytics.
